During the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown, we were challenged with keeping Embers Camping’s community engaged with their brand despite campsites being closed for business.
The competitions offered prizes to the community based on popular campsite activities.
We got families building forts in their homes, producing quarantine costumes and creating shadow puppets. Each competition was launched with detailed social infographics, boosted across Facebook and Instagram.
The series helped grow the Embers social community by nearly 20% and drove a four-fold increase in link clicks to the Embers website, all ensuring that the brand’s campsites quickly sold out as soon as restrictions were lifted.
